SmartEyes allows the vocal reading of any text, printed in back or in color (books, mails, newspapers, invoices...) It does not require internet connection and it can be used anywhere (in the street, at the restaurant, at home or when traveling) thanks to a simple finger pressure on the Smartphone screen.
A vocal assistant allows for proper framing of the text whatever the visual deficiency.When the users moves his finger on the Smartphone screen, the various available functions are announced.
A double click on the location of the selected function will activate it.A vocal interface is guiding the user to achieve the adequate positioning of the device so as to take the picture of the entire text to be read: SmartEyes indicates the corrections to be made:- To tilt the device forward, backward, to the right, to the left;- To move the device to the right or to the left;- To turn the device to the right or to the left;- To move away from the text or to get closer.
The vocal reading starts just a few seconds after the picture taking is achieved through a simple pressure on the screen of the Smartphone.SmartEyes allows reading texts in the following languages: French, English and German.
